Our services may include architectural planning and building design, 2D and 3D elevation design, structural design and analysis, estimation and BOQ, property valuation and consultancy, approval drawings and documentation, construction supervision, and project management consultancy. The exact scope is confirmed in a written quotation or engagement.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, ownership or authority to use the site, timely decisions, access for inspection, relevant documents, and safe site access. The client remains responsible for confirming the accuracy of supplied measurements, requirements, title documents, and approvals.
4. Site Measurements and Conditions
Measurements, soil information, existing structures, utilities, access, local restrictions, and other site conditions can affect design, quantities, cost, and timelines. Site findings may require revisions to the scope, quotation, or deliverables.
5. Quotations, Fees and Payments
Quotations are based on information available when issued and may exclude government charges, statutory fees, testing, specialist consultants, material procurement, contractor charges, and unforeseen site work unless expressly included. Professional fees, taxes if applicable, payment stages, and validity are stated in the relevant quotation or engagement.
6. Scope, Revisions and Timelines
Deliverables are limited to the agreed scope. Client-requested changes, additional drawings, redesign, extra visits, or changed requirements may affect fees and timelines. Project dates are estimates and depend on approvals, information, access, contractors, suppliers, weather, and other dependencies.
7. Approvals and Third Parties
Government and local authority approvals are subject to the relevant authority and applicable rules. We may prepare or coordinate documentation within the agreed scope, but cannot guarantee approval or control authority decisions. Third-party contractors and consultants remain responsible for their own work, safety, warranties, and statutory obligations.
8. Cancellation and Liability
Cancellation is governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the applicable engagement. Fees for work already completed, committed expenses, visits, and approved deliverables may remain payable. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the direct loss caused by proven breach of the agreed engagement; no term excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural events, extreme weather, epidemic, war, civil disturbance, government action, utility failure, labour disruption, or supplier failure.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, drawings, reports, calculations, text, branding, and other original materials remain our intellectual property. After payment of agreed fees, the client receives a limited licence to use the final deliverables for the identified project. Materials may not be resold, altered, or reused for another project without written permission.
11. Disputes, Law and Jurisdiction
Parties should first try to resolve concerns through good-faith discussion. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction over Bargarh, Odisha will have jurisdiction.
